In the event Bloomed Life is unable to fulfill an order or find an agreeable substitution for your order, your payment will be promptly refunded.
If your blooms arrive not to your satisfaction, claims can be made to Bloomed Life or Utah Flower Farm within eight hours of receiving the order. Claims must be sent to Hello@BloomedLife.com and must be accompanied by photos of the roses and any damage. If your damage claim is accepted, we will issue a refund for the amount due and will do all we can to make things right.
